What is YokoVillage Doing

YokoVillage is creating a global community of eco-villages by establishing communal conscious spaces and second homes in rural areas.

 


 
 

We currently have one role available for Sales Leadership Executive.

 

Sales Role at Yoko Village Community

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 4-10 Zoom calls per day with potential clients.
  • Schedule and lead 1 site visit per day.
  • Perform 15 outreach actions per day (via Yoko CRM, email, social media, WhatsApp).
  • Achieve $100K in sales per month, with a quarterly target of $250K.
  • Submit a monthly report and a quarterly report.

Reporting Requirements:

  • Send Liran the week’s plan and work summary via WhatsApp every Sunday night or Friday afternoon.
  • Include in the report:
    • What worked, what didn’t work during the week.
    • The plan for the upcoming week.
    • Progress on:
      • 4-10 Zoom calls per day.
      • 1 site visit per day.
      • 15 outreach actions per day.
    • Detailed explanation of each point, including scheduled calls, serious prospects, and an accurate status update.

Scheduling way

  • Use calendly.com/ for scheduling calls.
  • Include meeting details in the schedule.
  • Be flexible with rescheduling.
  • Be independent and proactive in seeking team support.
  • Contact Liran via WhatsApp for assistance; if no response, persistently call.

Sales Process:

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish independently.
  • Communicate effectively with lawyers, analysts, and the design team.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with all team members.

Quarterly Sales Target & Compensatiojn

  • Contribute to a minimum of $250K in quarterly sales.
  • Bonuses available for exceeding $250K per quarter:
    • 1% from debt.
    • 2% from equity/sales.
    • 5% from sales outside of the Yoko Pipe Lines
    • Salary + lodging  + car all paid for the rock star that can live in Santa 9 months of the year.
  • Lead the sales process independently to qualify for bonuses.

Professionalism and Responsibility:

  • Attend dinners and events punctually and be the first to arrive.
  • Prepare thoroughly for meetings, understanding key participants.
  • Maintain professional attire and personal grooming.
  • Bring a coconut to each meeting for each participant.
  • You can only sell to people that are kind and open hearted. Not to anyone.

Work Ethic and Attitude:

  • Be humble and continually seek knowledge.
  • Prioritize professionalism and preparation.
  • Avoid unnecessary distractions and maintain focus on objectives.
  • Utilize auto reminders for meetings and plan the week efficiently.
  • Follow up after sales calls with information emails.
  • Schedule site visits and manage them through CRM.

Client Interaction:

  • Always be prospecting with a consistent daily outreach.
  • Structure calls and confront clients with professionalism.
  • Clearly communicate the vision and possibilities of Yoko Village.
  • Maintain updated documentation and care for materials.

Local Site Visits:

  • Handle site visits in Santa Teresa; consult with Liran for any travel outside the area.
  • Ensure site visit continuity if absent by training a replacement.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Zoom account and a functional Calendly account.
  • Be professional, proactive, and accountable.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and sales skills improvement.
  • Have incredible language skills
